Saintfield’s 217 for nine was built around a superb 147 from Werner Brand, who dominated an innings otherwise lacking substantial support. Matthew Wilson and Liebenberg each claimed three wickets for Armagh. The chase was well paced, with Harry Doyle making 42 and Michael Villiers 35 before Liebenberg took control. Armagh completed an impressive seven-wicket victory over Lurgan after chasing 270 with 22 balls to spare. Lurgan posted 269 for five, led by Stephen Chambers’ unbeaten 109 and Liam Doddrell’s 98. Their fourth-wicket stand of 148 transformed the innings after Luan Liebenberg had claimed three early wickets. Armagh responded superbly. Samuel Wilson and Jamie Rogers both struck 83, while Harry Doyle added 33. Aaron Wright’s 28 maintained the momentum before Rogers and Liebenberg completed the chase. Doddrell took two wickets, but Armagh sealed a convincing win that puts a major dent in Lurgan's title and promotion hopes.

Bangor’s title hopes suffered a major setback as they crashed to a seven-wicket defeat against Armagh at The Mall. The Section One leaders were bowled out for just 90 in 31 overs, never recovering from the early loss of Brodie Harrison for a duck. With Ian Butler absent, the visitors looked vulnerable and Armagh ruthlessly exposed them. Michael Hoey led the attack with 4 for 18, while Matthew Wright claimed 3 for 30. Andrew Kirkpatrick made 26 and Johnny Parker 20, but there was little else. Armagh eased home on 91 for 3, Samuel Wilson making 30.

Jancan Adams starred with bat and ball as Templepatrick beat Armagh by five wickets in a low-scoring contest. Adams ripped through Armagh with 5 for 12, reducing them to 3 for 3 before Harry Doyle’s unbeaten 25 helped them reach 83 all out. Connor Courtney and Michael Stewart took two wickets each. Templepatrick then wobbled badly as Luan Liebenberg claimed 3 for 8, leaving them 36 for 5. But Adams completed a match-winning all-round display with an unbeaten 47, supported by Shane Henderson’s 13 not out, to seal victory.

Armagh claimed their second win of the season with an impressive eight-wicket DLS victory over Donacloney Mill in a rain-affected contest at The Mall. After a delayed start and multiple reductions in overs, Donacloney Mill posted 147-8 from 38 overs. Opener Shane Warren struck six fours in a fluent 33, while overseas player Lachy Aitken continued his excellent season with a top score of 34, taking his tally beyond 400 runs for the campaign. Aaron Wright starred with the ball, returning outstanding figures of 4-23, while Luan Liebenberg claimed 2-28. Set a revised target of 108 from 23 overs, Armagh suffered early setbacks as Sam Wilson and Jamie Rogers departed cheaply. However, Wright and Michael Villiers took complete control, sharing an unbroken third-wicket stand of 88. Wright finished unbeaten on 47 and Villiers 39 not out, each striking six boundaries, as Armagh completed the win in the 20th over.

The closest game of the day produced a dramatic finish at Middle Road as Carrickfergus edged Armagh by one wicket in a thrilling DLS encounter. In a rain affected 36 overs per side contest, Armagh posted 182-4. Aaron Wright anchored the innings with an unbeaten 66 from 74 balls, including six fours, while Matthew Steenson contributed 36 not out. The pair transformed the innings after Armagh had slipped to 91-4, adding an unbroken stand that carried the visitors to a competitive total. Set a revised target of 190, Carrickfergus were powered by a magnificent century from overseas professional Atish Varape. The opener dominated the chase with 103 from 93 deliveries, striking 16 fours. However, when he chopped on to Luan Liebenberg, three wickets fell for just four runs, leaving the hosts needing 15 with the last pair at the crease. Needing 10 from the final over, Richard Hood produced the decisive moment, launching successive sixes off Matthew Wright. The second sailed over long-on, prompting jubilant celebrations as Carrick snatched a memorable victory.

Armagh secured a comprehensive eight-wicket victory over Cooke Collegians at The Mall thanks to strong performances with both ball and bat. Cooke Collegians were bowled out for 168 in 38.3 overs despite opener John Gibbons making an excellent 59 that included seven boundaries. Vinoth Srinivasan added 23, but Armagh’s attack kept the pressure on throughout. Overseas professional Luan Liebenberg was outstanding with the new ball, taking 5-39, while Harry Doyle provided excellent support with 3-36. The chase was dominated by Armagh’s opening pair as Oliver Mann and the in-form Sam Wilson shared a century stand to put the home side in complete control. Mann struck 45 with four fours and two sixes, while Wilson finished unbeaten on 72, hitting nine fours and two maximums in another impressive innings.

Armagh’s hopes of a first NCU Section One win of the season were washed away by heavy rain after their clash with Bangor was abandoned with the hosts just four balls into the chase. Asked to bat first, Armagh recovered impressively from a shaky 35 for 4 to post a competitive 196 for 9 from their 40 overs. Matthew Steenson anchored the rescue effort superbly, striking 81 from 94 balls with nine fours and two sixes in a composed innings under pressure. He shared a crucial fifth-wicket stand of 81 with overseas professional Luan Liebenberg, who counter-attacked with 49 from 52 deliveries, including seven boundaries. Steenson then added another valuable partnership with Ben Mackey, whose 23 helped push the total towards 200. Bangor’s new-ball pair Angus Farrell and Chris Pyper were the pick of the bowlers, Farrell claiming 4 for 28 while Pyper returned 2 for 30. Liebenberg struck immediately in reply, dismissing Seb Yeates in the opening over, but persistent rain soon ended play in frustrating fashion for both sides.

Cregagh edged a rain-affected thriller by eight runs on DLS against Armagh. Cregagh’s innings was built on a solid all-round batting effort with seven of the top eight reaching double figures in their total of 191. Stuart Nelson top-scored with 31, while Max Shannon made 29 and Chris Boultwood added 28. Alistair Watt also chipped in with 23. For Armagh, Aaron Wright and Luan Liebenberg both claimed three wickets, while Sam Wilson took two. Rain revised Armagh’s chase to 173 from 37 overs and Wright kept them in contention with an aggressive 57 featuring five boundaries. Liebenberg added 23, but Cregagh held their nerve as Watt starred with 4 for 27, supported by Nelson’s 3 for 37 and two wickets from Shannon, bowling Armagh out for 164 in 35.1 overs.

Half centuries from Jaydee Oliver and Stephen Johnston led Lurgan to a five-wicket win over Armagh at The Mall. Chasing 244, Oliver made 95 and Johnston 58, while Liam Dodrell chipped in with 33 in an excellent chase. Earlier, Sam Wilson just missed out on a century, dismissed for 97, while Harry Doyle made 46. Darwish Nazari took four wickets, Dodrell three and new signing Ivan Sinovich two in a fine all-round bowling effort.
