Brigade booked their place in the semi-finals with a 63-run DLS victory over Ardmore at the Bleachgreen. After being asked to bat, Brigade posted 195 for 8 in 37 overs, their innings built around a decisive 69 from Nick Gray. William Finlay added an important 32, while captain Jay Scott made 27 and Christopher Dixon 22. Muhammad Edrees was Ardmore’s standout bowler, claiming 4 for 35 as Brigade slipped from 181 for 4 to 181 for 7 before late runs pushed them towards a strong total. Ardmore’s reply reached 84 for 3, with Gibi Babu making 31 and Edrees 23, but the chase unravelled dramatically. Three wickets fell on 85 and, despite Mathew Rowlands’ 20, they were bowled out for 133 in 25.1 overs. Dixon took 3 for 22, Finlay 3 for 27 and Gray 2 for 31.

Fox Lodge advanced in the Ulster Plate with a five-wicket DLS victory over CI at Ballymagorry. CI were bowled out for 174 in 31.3 overs after a steady start was undone by Adam Walker’s decisive spell. Adam Maitland made 28 and Jonny Moore top-scored with 34, but from 76 for 1 the visitors slipped to 104 for 7 as Walker struck repeatedly. Zac Solomon’s unbeaten 24 and Ryan Armstrong’s 20 helped lift the total, though Walker’s 5 for 24, backed by Luke Hayes’ 2 for 25, kept Fox Lodge firmly in the contest. The reply began badly when Craig Doherty fell early to Ben Snell, who finished with 3 for 26, but Charlie Simpson anchored the chase superbly. He carried his bat for an unbeaten 64, with useful support from Jordan Cochrane, Luke Hayes and Swarnim Jha, as Fox Lodge reached their revised target in the 31st over.

Donemana held their nerve to beat Waringstown by 12 runs in the Ulster Plate quarter-final at The Lawn. Olly Britton led the way with 72 as Donemana posted 224 for 7 in their 40 overs, with late unbeaten contributions from Gary Neely (40) and Christopher Neely (34) proving crucial. Ross Waite took 3 for 42, while teenager Penny Speer marked her men’s debut with 2 for 25. Waringstown’s chase was kept alive by Robbie McCollam’s 40, Michael Waite’s 33 and James Mitchell’s unbeaten 50, but Christopher Neely’s 3 for 43 sealed Donemana’s win.

Muckamore powered into the last four with a comprehensive 128-run win over St Johnston. After being asked to bat, Muckamore posted an imposing 237 for 5 in their 40 overs, built around a commanding unbeaten 82 from captain Philip Skillen. Jude Keates made 37 at the top of the order, while Peter Kane added 26 before Jamie Magowan’s brisk 38 helped push the total beyond St Johnston’s reach. Nathan Cole, Morne Barnard, S Macbeth and David Barnard claimed a wicket apiece. St Johnston’s reply faltered early when Deepak Reddy fell for 4, and although David Lapsley carried his bat for a defiant unbeaten 61, support was limited. Morne Barnard made 6 and Matthew Orr 15, but wickets tumbled steadily. Neil McCurry took 2 for 13 before John Kirkpatrick ripped through the lower order with a match-winning 6 for 38.

Two runs from Jha off the final delivery tied the scores to give Fox Lodge the win on fewer wickets lost.
