Civil Service North were the first winners on the final day of the Premier League season, completing a seven wickets win in the 15th over.

Set just 122 for victory Marc Ellison with an unbeaten 60 from 40 balls (eight fours, two sixes) saw them home in quick time after an opening partnership with  Finn Lutton (31 off 19) of 60 in just 5.4 overs.

Matthew Kennedy was promoted to No 4 but he was out for five and Tom Crothers made it two wickets in four balls when he had Adam Leckey caught behind for four.

Having also had Harry Dyer caught and bowled for 12, Crothers finished with three for 10 from his two overs and it needed Ellison to hit the winning runs.

Only three North Down batters made double figures with captain Tyron Koen hitting a run a ball 56 with seven fours and a six, before he was caught off James West who along with Leckey finished with four wickets as North Down were bowled out in the 28th over.
