PLENTY OF TYRONE INTEREST IN ALL-IRELAND YOUTH FINALS

There will be ample opportunities for North-West sides to bring back silverware over the coming weeks as the youth All-Ireland competitions take place across the island.

In the girls finals, Bonds Glen are in action on Monday and Wednesday, having home advantage in the U13 and U15 events. Sandwiched in between them is boys U13 finals where Coleraine will fly the flag for the region.

Next Thursday Donemana U15 boys will battle Phoenix, Instonians and Limerick for the title in Phoenix Park. The next day either Bready or Bonds Glen will go to the NCU – they meet tonight in the NW decider.

Finishing off the youth season on Wednesday August 26th will be Donemana Under 17 boys who make the long trek to Munster where they will face the NCU winners in the semi-final, with Railway Union and the Cork champions in the other tie. Let us hope they have some silverware to shorten the journey on the way home.
