Holywood Women strengthened their grip at the top of the Premiership with a crushing nine-wicket victory after dismissing North Down for 95 for 8 before racing to the target in just 7.3 overs.
Erin Bond starred with the ball, claiming outstanding figures of 4 for 17, while Alexis MacDonald took 2 for 15 as only Staci Maxwell (26) offered sustained resistance.
The chase was a one-sided affair thanks to the outstanding Madison Landsman, whose unbeaten 77 came from just 33 balls and included 10 fours and three sixes. Erin Bond made four before Landsman and Lara Maritz (9*) completed the emphatic win.
Defending champions Waringstown cruised to a nine-wicket victory after brushing aside Lisburn in a one-sided Premiership contest.
Rachael Harrison starred with the ball, ripping through the top order with excellent figures of 4 for 14, while Naomi Matthews (2-27) and Cara Rainey (2-23) helped dismiss Lisburn for 111. Olivia Morrow provided the main resistance with a spirited 42, while Taila Hurley made 25.
Waringstown's reply was emphatic as Abbi Harrison smashed an unbeaten 55 and shared an opening stand of 86 with Irish international Christina Coulter Reilly, whose fluent 39 ensured the target was reached in just 10.5 overs.
CSNI recovered from a shaky start to beat Instonians by eight wickets in a low-scoring contest. Instonians struggled early, slipping to 62 for eight after Hannah Gordon’s excellent spell of 3 for 10 and Holly Faulkner’s 2 for 14.
Matilda McCartney held the innings together with an unbeaten 41, while Sanvi Vinothkumar’s 11 not out helped lift the total to 110 for eight.
CSNI were soon in trouble at 12 for two, but Katie West and Ireland Manager Beth Healy steadied the chase superbly. West finished unbeaten on 41, with Healy 37 not out as they shared an unbroken third wicket stand of 99 to clinch victory with two overs to spare.
