Senior Cup holders Donemana will play Eglinton, while beaten finalists Newbuildings entertain Strabane.
Ardmore host Coleraine, while there's an all-Tyrone clash as 2022 winners Fox Lodge play Bready.
In the Sammy Jeffrey quarter-finals holders Glendermott face Premiership side St Johnston, while Brigade take on Ballyspallen.
In the other two matches, Letterkenny play Killyclooney and Burndennett have home advantage over Bonds Glen.
All games will be played on Saturday June 20th.
