Ireland Women have a busy summer in store with a guaranteed 15 fixtures including at least five in their World Cup group.

Gaby Lewis' side will warm up for that World Cup in England with a tri-series at Clontarf against West Indies and Clontarf from May 28th to June 4th.

They will face Scotland, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and West Indies in the group stages in England, hoping to make it out of the group.

Back on home soil they will feature in the fourth edition of the ICC Women’s Championship (ICCWC), which begins at Bready in County Tyrone on July 10th when they host West Indies, with further games at the same venue on July 12th and 15th.

Their summer concludes with a trip to England for the second round of games in the ICCWC, taking on the hosts on September 1st, 3rd and 6th.

Zimbabwe will be the venue for the third round in early 2027 and are exploring a number of additional opportunities.

Cricket Ireland has also formally extended an invitation to the exiled Afghanistan Women’s team to play in Ireland this summer (subject to scheduling commitments around the Afghan squads presence in/around the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in England).
