Usman Azhar is joining Championship side Burndennett ahead of the 2026 season.

He is a right-arm pace bowler and a more than useful late-order batsman.
Usman enjoyed great success at North County where he took 44 wickets in a season for the Balrothery club.
He then moved to Strabane where he helped the Tyrone club to a treble campaign in 2024 before moving back to Leinster.
The signing is a real boost to Burndennett who struggled in the Championship last year, and have also lost the services of Niall McDonnell to retirement.
