Pembroke lifted the Irish Senior Cup for the second time after a commanding 133-run victory over CSNI at Clontarf, with JJ Garth producing a Player of the Match century at the heart of another impressive all-round display.

Pembroke posted 306 for eight after losing Tim Tector for 15, but the early setback was quickly erased by a superb second-wicket partnership between Garth and Ireland Test captain Andy Balbirnie.
Garth struck a magnificent 117, including 15 boundaries, while Balbirnie made 73 with nine fours as the pair added 136 and put Pembroke firmly in control.
Balbirnie had made clear his determination to play despite the absence of several of Pembroke’s other international players, and his experience proved invaluable on the big stage.
The runs continued after the partnership was broken, with Macdara Cosgrave making 35, captain Jack Tector 20 and Addison Sherriff 15 as Pembroke pushed beyond the 300 mark.

James West was the most successful CSNI bowler with four wickets, but 306 always looked a formidable target.
CSNI began brightly, taking 16 from the opening over, but wickets soon began to undermine the chase.
Byron McDonough removed West before Sherriff struck twice, dismissing Marc Ellison and then claiming the crucial wicket of overseas professional Ashwin Hebbar for just two.
Adam Lecky made 21, but the only sustained resistance came from captain Stuart Thompson and Ryan Hunter, who added 71 for the fifth wicket.
At 131 for four in the 26th over, CSNI had just begun to sense the possibility of a fightback.
That hope disappeared quickly after the drinks break.
Thompson was caught by Jack Tector off Paul Lawson, one of three wickets for the off-spinner, before Tim Tector removed top-scorer Hunter for 46.
From there the innings unravelled.
Harry Dyer battled to an unbeaten 22, but CSNI were eventually dismissed for 173.

Lawson finished with three for 26, while Sherriff and Tim Tector claimed two wickets apiece.
It completed another major triumph in an extraordinary season for Pembroke, who now have three trophies secured and remain in contention for both the All-Ireland T20 title and the league.
For CSNI, there was disappointment, although their Challenge Cup success the previous week ensured their season has already produced significant silverware.
