Keenan Vieira continued his superb season as Killyclooney swept into the Sam Jeffrey Cup semi-finals with a commanding 10-wicket win over Letterkenny.

The South African overseas professional was in devastating form, striking an unbeaten 79 from just 51 balls, an innings laced with five fours and nine sixes, as Killyclooney chased down 142 in only 17 overs.
He was given excellent support by skipper Timmy Dougherty, who completed a fine all-round display with 53 not out from 52 deliveries, including a six. The pair shared an unbroken opening stand of 142 to seal a ruthless victory.
Earlier, Letterkenny had battled to 141 for 9 in a rain-reduced 38-over innings. VK Dasari top-scored with 43, while Jenush Appuhamilage added 29, but wickets fell regularly as Killyclooney kept control.
Dougherty led from the front with the ball, taking 3 for 16, while Giles Moan claimed 3 for 34 and Cody Mehaffey chipped in with 2 for 26.
The win sets up a Saturday semi-final clash with St Johnston, with Killyclooney heading into the tie full of confidence and Vieira in outstanding touch.
