Brigade have confirmed the return of Ryan Macbeth from Lisburn for the 2026 season.

The move comes almost two years to the day since the 27-year-old opted for a move to the NCU, having spent eight successful seasons at Beechgrove, whom he joined as a teenager from St Johnston.

Macbeth won the NCU and All Ireland T20 cups at Wallace Park, but his heart obviously lies with the NW and the Warriors bowler will be back on familiar ground next season.

The move is a real boost for the reigning champions who overcame a poor start to clinch the NW Premiership ahead of challengers Donemana.
