Woodvale have confirmed the signing of wicket-keeper Patrick Tice from Templepatrick.

The 31-year-old scored 240 runs at just over 17 with one half century, playing 16 matches as Templepatrick were relegated.

Tice, brother of dual cricket and hockey international Lena, is a former Ireland Under 19 international, who has also played for Merrion and Cambridge University.

He also has interprovincial experience, making one appearance for Leinster Lightning against the Northern Knights in 2019.

Woodvale have been looking for a wicket-keeper and Tice's arrival will help fill the void for the Ballygomartin side who struggled this year after a successful 2024 campaign.
