The North County star has the super figures of 7 for 28, while Jake Devane (2-12) was also in the wickets as the NCU were bowled out for 95 chasing 189.
Marko Bates (23) was the only NCU batsman to pass 20 in a disappointing effort.
Earlier, Leinster had been bowled out for 188 with Nicholas Hunter making an unbeaten 48 and Nithin Namburu 24.
Instonians spinner Ben Walsh took 3-28, while Matthew Kennedy claimed 2-26.
In Monday's match, Leinster had lost a tight game to hosts NW by three wickets.
