Waringstown went top of the table after they beat Lisburn by six wickets at The Lawn. Rebecca Lowe hit five boundaries in a 35-ball 44, sharing a second wicket stand of 83 with Sarah McCallan (29). The wheels came off though thereafter as Lisburn lost nine wickets for just 22 runs - Penny Speer taking 4 for 23, Naomi Matthews 3 for 14, and Irish international Cara Murray 2/21.
Amy Caufield and Abbi Harrison each made 37 in a third wicket partnership of 60 in nine overs as Waringstown chased down their target inside 12 overs despite two wickets for Faith Wright.
Holywood's bowlers proved too strong for Muckamore in their clash at Seapark. Eva Cuppitt's 31 helped Holywood to what might have looked a modest 101 for 6 in their 20 overs - two wickets for Beth McCrea.
It proved more than enough though as the Moylena side were skittled for just 40 - three wickets for overseas player Madison Landsman and Nina Kerr, while Tasmin Hope claimed 2 for 6 in a convincing 61-run win.
CSNI made it two wins from two as they beat North Down by 32 runs at Comber. Sarah Rountree top scored with 34, sharing a 50 stand with Rachael Thomas (19) as the Stormont side made 121 for 9 - boosted by 36 extras - three wickets for Evie Keenan and Rebecca Webster.
North Down' chase failed to get any real momentum as they struggled to 89 for 7 with only Kiara Fisher - who hit five fours in an unbeaten 40 from 39 balls - showing serious resistance. The Stormont side stuck to their task well, with two wickets apiece for Emma Calvert and Eva Wilson.
