Instonians found themselves in the wrong half of the table last season after a championship title in 2023.

Their only change to the squad sees Shane Dadswell back in the country at Shaw's Bridge and skipper Nikolai Smith is enthusiastic about their fortunes in 2025.

"Everyone at Instonians is really looking forward to the season ahead," said Smith.

"We are delighted to have kept everyone together and welcome back Shane Dadswell for the season.  Shane not only brings dynamic performances on the field but adds so much to the club off the field. 

"Everyone is working hard behind the scenes to continue to grow cricket at instonians from the youth all the way through to the senior squads. 

"We want to continue to improve on our performances from last season in a really tough league that continues to get stronger year on year. 

"It is looking like it will be an exciting year with some fantastic youth cricketers coming into senior cricket and everyone working together to make the club a success."
