Waringstown won the Women's Cup for the second time in their history following an impressive eight-wicket win over Holywood at Wallace Park. Rachel Harrison's two-wicket burst put them on top, with one of the dismissals the influential South African international Karabo Meso. Lara Maritz (24) and Erin Bond (20) took Holywood to 43 for 2, but wickets for Player-of-Match Naomi Matthews (3-15) and two in two balls for Charlotte Lyons saw four wickets tumble for just a single. Cara Murray also picked up a brace as the SeaPark side were bowled out for 70. The chase started nervously with Sophie Hinds and Cara Murray both falling to Erin Bond, However, an unbroken third wicket stand of 70 between experienced duo Amy Caulfield (21*) and Charlotte Lyons (22*) ensured the trophy made its way to The Lawn.
