Champions Leinster finished the Future Series unbeaten with a one-sided hammering of the Warriors at Ballyspallen, Sarah Black (29) and Mansi Bhavsar (23) were best with the bat in a poor batting effort that saw them bowled out for 120, Arisha Foysal took five wickets including three in an over, while there were three scalps for Ellie McGee. The chase saw a powerful 60 not out from Annabel Squires that included four sixes, while Alice Walsh hit four fours in an unbeaten 40 as they raced to the win inside 16 overs.

The Warriors kicked off the new Women's Future Series with a six-wicket win against the NCU at Stormont. Jenni Jackson's five-wicket haul had the hosts on the back foot from the off, and it was only thanks to a brilliant 70 (10 fours) from Abbi Harrison that they made 135. Millie Spence top-scored with an unbeaten 41 in the chase that always saw the Warriors in control.
