    Eglinton beat Brigade by 6 wickets
    Brigade 75-7 (A Lamberton 2-11, R Stewart 2-18)
    Eglinton 76-4 (K O'Doherty 30*, G Wells 27)

    Eglinton captured Section B of the midweek league after a six wicket win over Brigade in a play off for the title after both teams had finished level on 14 points. In a 16 over match Brigade will have been disappointed with their total of 75 runs. Stephen Henderson top scored for them with 18, but none of their batsmen imposed themselves on the Eglinton bowlers. The wickets were shared among Andy Lamberton, Lawrence Morrow and Ricky Stewart. In reply Eglinton lost Chris Mc Daid in the first over but thanks to an unbeaten 30 from Karl O Doherty and 27 from Graeme Wells they won comfortably in the end by 6 wickets.
