Hall now in sight of club records
07-30-2018

Waringstown opening batsman James Hall is now in sight of a couple of club records. He requires just 37 more runs to pass 11,000 club runs and the way he is playing he is sure to pass that target this coming weekend with games at Comber and Belmont.

The record number of runs at Waringstown is held by legend Garfield Harrison with 11,546 and it may not be this season but next season when James Hall reaches the record landmark. As for this season the 11,000 runs mark is well in sight for Hall.

He along with his opening partner Adam Dennison are in fine touch and both in sight of passing the 1000 runs mark for 2018. Dennison currently stands on 980 runs and surely to pass that mark this weekend.

While Hall stands on 895 runs for the season so far as the pair are surely one of the most formidable opening partnerships in Irish Club cricket. By Paddy Allen
