Namibia's Louis Klazinga delivered yet another all-round performance to propel the hosts to a 44-run win over Uganda in a one-off Twenty20 match at the Wanderers Cricket Ground in Windhoek on Sunday.

Namibia opted to bat first and posted 159 for 6 in their 20 overs. Initially, Namibia slipped to 58 for four. But recovered thanks to a late charge by the seventh wicket pair of Tobias Verwey (33 not out: 21b, 5x4) and Louis Klazinga (25 not out: 8b, 2x4, 2x6) who put on 42 runs in three overs.

In their reply, the Uganda innings never took off as Klazinga picked up 4-18. Akbar Baig was the top-scorer, making 36 off 40 balls with two boundaries and a six. Ronald Ssemanda (23) and Arthur Ziraba (23) too played a couple of cameos but it was too little too late.
