The North West Warriors have five potential debutants in their 13-man squad to play defending champions Munster Reds in Cork on Monday morning.

Shane Getkate takes over the skipper's armband from Andy McBrine who is on international duty along with Graham Hume, Craig Young and Stephen Doheny,

The absence of Dubliner Doheny, along with the unavailability of Eglinton's Tommy Orr (exams) meant an urgent call to the NCU for permission to have North Down's Indian-born keeper/batsman Ani Chore in the squad.

Eglinton's South African professional Mike Erlank gets the nod, along with fellow countryman Liam Doherty - whose Irish passport saw him represent the Under 19s at the World Cup last year. Completing the Eglinton trio is all-rounder Robbie Millar.

Brigade also have a trio in the squad - the Macbeth brothers beeing joined by Cameron Melly for the first time.

Ardmore's Irish passport holding Aussie Harry Zimmermann also makes the cut, while Rush captain Nathan McGuire will only have half the journey of most, now based in Dublin.
