Ben Walsh picked up three wickets, while Jack Smyth claimed two, while there was one apiece for James West, Jordan McKeown, Luca Bates and Reuben Edmundson.

Despite the formidable target the hosts made a real game of it, with James West - son of former Irish international Regan - making a quite magnificent 132.

He hit 13 fours and cleared the ropes five times, as he and Seb Yeates (43) shared a century stand.

In the end though four wickets for Raif Duncan (4-27) and two for Aadi Wankhade (2-33) sealed the win for the young Dubliners.

The fourth and final match of what has been an enthralling series takes place on Friday at Ringcommons.
