Scott Macbeth starred as the North West beat the NCU in the U17 interpro at Newbuildings while Ryan Hunter was the standout for the NCU U15s in their win at Bonds Glen.
St Johnston all-rounder Macbeth hit 10 fours and three sixes as he top scored with 74.
James McKillop (17) and Raymond Curry (16) offered some support, but it seemed as if the hosts had left some runs on the field as they collapsed from 101 for 2 to 167 all out.
Rory Ellerby (4-26) and Max Shannon (3-24) best with the ball for the NCU.
Adam Ly (24) began strongly but three wickets each for James McKillop and Josh Wilson had the visitors in trouble.
Mohammed Aahil (19) and Adam Kennedy (16*) rallied briefly but it was MacBeth's day as he took the last three wickets to seal the 62-run win.
In the Under 15 game, it was all about Ryan Hunter who made 142 as the NCU scored 302 for 5 in 38 overs.
Hunter hit 20 fours and 2 sixes in his excellent knock, sharing a century stand with Harry Dyer, who hit 5 fours and 3 sixes in his 54 from 41 balls.
George Palmer (25*) added late runs in an excellent batting effort, while Charlie Downey took three wickets.
The hosts lost early wickets but a middle and late order rally saw them recover to post a very respectable 177.
TJ Boyd hit 7 fours in a top score of 37, while there were also runs for James Bell (27), Sam Macbeth (22) and Jake Montgomery (19).
Steve Bristow took 3 for 12, while there were two wickets apiece for Harry Dyer (2-8) and left-arm paceman Lorcan Donnelly (2-9).
The sides are back in action on Wednesday with the NW playing Munster in Dublin, while the NCU host Leinster.
