Andrew Balbirnie, Josh Little and Rory Anders will all miss Leinster Lightning's opening interpro clash with NW Warriors.
Ireland skipper Balbirnie is in quarantine following his County Championship stint with Glamorgan, while his Pembroke team mate Little is still recuperating having suffered an elbow injury during the recent Ireland Wolves tour of Bangladesh.
YMCA all-rounder Anders has study commitments with his Masters Degree in Financial Mathematics.

Coming in are Phoenix opener Jamie Grassi, plus Malahide's seam bowling duo of David O’Halloran and James Newland.
“Jamie Grassi has really impressed with his ball-striking in recent training sessions and we’re keen to give him an opportunity," said Head Coach Nigel Jones.
"David is another who has impressed in training and he’s got all the attributes to be successful as a wicket-taker whilst James Newland is already very familiar with our systems."

Grassi and Newland have both figured in previous Lightning games, but in line for Leinster debuts are O'Halloran as well as teenagers JJ Garth and Tim Tector - the latter duo's previous appearances coming for Munster Reds.
Three clubs provide three players with the Tectors and Simi Singh from YMCA, Malahide trio O'Halloran, Newland and Peter Chase, as well as Pembroke's triumvirate of Barry McCarthy, Lorcan Tucker, and Garth.
Skipper George Dockrell has Phoenix colleague Grassi, while the 12 is completed by Ireland's most capped player Kevin O'Brien.
CricketEurope will be providing ball-by-ball coverage of the match at Sydney Parade, which gets under way at 10:45am.
