ON the day that the NCU confirmed they hope to start the 50-over season on June 12, Robinson Services have extended their sponsorship of the Premier League for another three years.
Lead sponsors for the last two seasons, David Robinson, managing director of the commercial cleaning and security company said the company had no hesitation in renewing their sponsorship.

“The return of sport in these difficult times is to be warmly welcomed and we are only too happy to play our part,” said Mr Robinson.
“Let’s hope current restrictions can be relaxed to allow spectators.”
The fixtures for the 14-match Premier League programme has also been released and sees 2019 champions CIYMS – there was no 50-over league last year because of the pandemic – make the short trip to play Civil Service North in the opening round of matches.
Games will be played every Saturday through to September 11, with the exception of July 3 which has been pencilled in as first round day in the Gallagher Challenge Cup, the draw for which is scheduled to made on Tuesday.
It will be a double header that weekend for the eight Premier League clubs with league games on Sunday July 4.
The 10 Section One teams have an 18-game league programme so that will start on May 8 as a 20-over competition and move up to 50 overs as soon as Covid guidelines permit.
The first representative action takes place tomorrow in Pembroke with the first game in the Super 50 Cup between Scorchers and Typhoons.
Cara Murray and Alana Dalzell turn out for the Scorchers, captained by Gaby Lewis, while Amy Hunter and Zara Craig are in Laura Delany's side.
