Jack Tector and Josh Little have been named in a 12-man Leinster Lightning squad as they begin their defence of the 50-overs Interprovincial Cup at Comber against MTB Northern Knights.
Tector returns to the Dubliners having been Munster Reds skipper for the ill-fated T20 Trophy, while Little has recovered from a hand injury sustained while playing for Pembroke.

They replace Malahide's James Newland and Pembroke skipper Fiachra Tucker.
“We’re really looking forward to getting into this 50-over competition," said Lightning skipper George Dockrell.
"It was quite a short T20 competition with the weather and rain-reduced games, but we were delighted to have won that Trophy.
“We’ll now look to bring that momentum on with a very similar squad. There’s a lot of strength in depth with both bat and ball, and I’m excited to see how the guys go with some good prep behind us after the IntraSquad game last Friday.
“The first game will be on a good deck with the weather set to be fairly good. It will be a tough contest as always against the Knights but a great game to get started with.”
