YMCA skipper Jack Tector is backing teenager Mikey O'Reilly to have a major impact on today's League Cup final clash with Railway Union at Sydney Parade.
O'Reilly has bounced back from an injury plagued few seasons to become a pivotal part of the Claremont Road's side march to the final.
"Mikey OíReilly has been hugely impressive," skipper Tector told CricketEurope.
"He has had a tough few years with injuries and to see how he has performed since coming back has been a credit to him and his work ethic."
YMCA have been kings of the chase, with the Tector family playing a major part in their success to date.
The captain himself, alongside younger siblings Harry and Tim have scored quickly and fearlessy, and coupled with the abilities of players of the caliber of Simi Singh, Rory Anders and Bobby Gamble make them a fearsome proposition.

"Finals are special days out and we are really looking forward to getting stuck in against a really good Railway side,
"Itís been a hugely enjoyable season, to win on Saturday would be the icing on the cake,"
YMCA if they do emerge victorious will be back at Sydney Parade on Sunday for a clash with Cork County in the semi-finals of the All-Ireland T20 cup.
