Glendermott beat Letterkenny to secure the Midweek Cup at The Rectory on Friday night.

The Donegal side racked up what looked a competitive total of 102 for four in their 10 overs with Sumit smashing 5 sixes and 3 fours in a whirlwind 71 not out.

Ian Cooke (2-18) was the most successful of the home side attack.

Thanks to an excellent innings by Reece Laird, Glendermott secured the silverware as he thumped 6 sixes and 3 fours in an excellent unbeaten 54 to seal a four-wicket win with 15 balls to spare.
