James Rose took four wickets as the NCU Under 17s easily beat their NW counterparts by 60 runs in their second interprovincial game at Ardmore.

Lisburn left-arm spinner Cameron Doak also shone, taking 2 for 11, while also getting their name in the wickets column were Matthew Humphreys, Arnold Oduvelil, Chris Pyper and Ewan Wilson.
For the NW tail-ender Shar Khan (18*) gave the home support something to cheer, hitting two huge sixes, but it was a case of too little, too late.
Earlier the NCU posted 138 for 6, with Adam Wylie (28) and Ewan Wilson (23) both clearing the ropes twice, while there were quick runs in a 7th wicket stand for Cameron Doak (18*) and Adam Ly (17*).
Stuart Kennedy and skipper Robbie Millar each picked up two wickets.
