A fine all-round display by the NW saw them record a comprehensive 9-wicket win against the NCU in the first Women's Under 23 interprovincial match at Coleraine.

Alana Dalzell took 3 for 4 as the NCU were skittled for 50 - Charlotte Lyons top scoring with 11.

There were no fewer than four run outs, while the other successful bowlers were Kara Bates, Kacey Laird and Cody Wallace.

Zara Craig (23) and Sarah Black (16) shared an opening stand of 50 to level the scores, before Craig was trapped lbw by Harrison.
