The Hills new professional Ryan Hackney has been in the runs this week.
The 20 year-old hit 95 for New South Wales against the England Lions helping his side to 405 in the drawn game.
The left-handed opener is a former Australia U19 international who scored a century against Pakistan in his last game at the level.
He is on the fringes of establishing himself in the NSW first XI having recently made back-to-back hundreds for their second string.
Hackney is also a slow left-arm bowler and he is sure to make a major impression at Milverton when the season gets under way next month.
