Holders Brigade face a tough task in their quest for a hat-trick of senior cups after being drawn away to Ballyspallen in the only all-Premiership tie.
The Beechgrove side will find it difficult against a Spallen side which are always a tough proposition in their own patch, and who reached the final as recently as 2017.
The competition, now in its 133rd year was seeded for the first time, and has thrown up a number of real 'David v Goliath' encounters.
Two of these are all-Tyrone clashes with Burndennett entertaining a Donemana side who the trophy six times in succession between 2012 and 2017.
In the other Bready, who won the trophy for the second time in 2011 entertain a Fox Lodge side who have never reached the decider.
An intriguing clash sees a Newbuildings side who have strengthened considerably over the winter facing newly promoted Ardmore - the Bleachgreen side's only win coming back in 1994.
2005 winners Glendermott host Bonds Glen, while 1993 victors Strabane - who have lost their last four finals - having home advantage over The Nedd from Qualifying One.
St Johnston, who won three times between 1975 and 1982 face Eglinton who reached the final in 2018, and whose last win came in 2006.
Coleraine, whose sole victory was in 1986 take on Killyclooney, who have yet to make a final.
The ties are due to be played in early May.
