Rush have signed young Australian all-rounder Riley Eyre for the 2020 season.
A former youth international, Ayre is a left-arm spinner and attacking top-order batsman.
He plays his club cricket with Randwick Petersham in Sydney and was the Club Player of the Year last season.
Current Rush skipper Stephen Doheny is wintering there, and he enthused about the quality player the Kenure club were recruiting.
"It is an exciting signing for us," Doheny told CricketEurope.
"He will add plenty of skill and experience to our young side.
"His style of play is exactly what we are looking for in Rush.
"Letís hope he can fit right in with our culture and have a great season."
The all-rounder is effective in all formats of cricket. As a bowler in T20 cricket this season he claimed 12 wickets at 13 including a BB 5/14.
Last season his stats were (2018-19) in all formats 22 wickets at 37 and 492 runs at 37.85 in First Grade - 2nd behind David Warner.
He was also Randwick Petersham's Player of the Year. Riley has also been a Sydney Sixers Rookie squad member and is currently representing ACT/NSW Country in 2nd XI cricket.
