Glendermott are keen to mark their centenary celebrations by hosting the NW Senior Cup final.
The Rectory side reach the 100 year mark in 2026 and although it's six years away, the club are already outlining their plans.
On a statement on their FB page, the club laid out their proposals.
"The club are working on plans to extend their ground leading to the big one that is NWCU Senior Cup Final by 2026 to be held hopefully at the Bond Street ground in the clubs centenary year.
"Regarded as a batsmanís dream the rectory field is already rated as a excellent venue among players and cricket followers and it would be rewarding for the hard work and effort that goes with producing excellent surface and outfield.
"In years gone by the club have hosted youth inter pros, international youth match between Holland and Scotland, various intermediate cup finals and been awarded the NWCU 20/20 Final.
"With the recent news that the former Ebrington school site is be split with 49 houses and green space plus the land returned to Glendermott having been taken by the education authority. A lot of work over the next couple of years to get things in place and there is plans to upgrade the club scoreboard to LED lighting as well.
"This vision is a big ask but one I think the club and members would like to see happen and it would be a nice tribute to those members past and present who have served the club well over the years."
The club is keen to host the T20 finals day again after the 2018 event proved such a resounding success.
