The NW Warriors have denied any interest in signing Curtis Campher for the 2020 season.

The former South African U19 all-rounder will be playing in Ireland for the first time this season, and was strongly linked with the NW interprovincial side.

However that has been flatly denied by the Warriors camp who said: "We have no plans to include Curtis Campher at this stage."

20 year-old Campher is an Irish passport holder and will be playing club cricket in Dublin with YMCA from April.

The talented right-hand bat and fast-medium bowler is keen to forge an Irish career, with Head Coach Graham Ford and his selectors always on the look-out for fresh talent.
