Carrick's Jacques Snyman has been named in the SA Invitation XI to face England in two warm-up matches prior to the ODI series.
Both games will be played at Boland Park, Paarl on Friday 31 Jan and Sat 1 Feb.

This won't be the first time Snyman has faced an English attack having scored 79 batting at four for the Invitational XI against England in a two-day warm-up match at Benoni in the tour opener back in December.
He hit 10 fours and 3 sixes in his 78-ball knock as the hosts made 289 in reply to the tourists 301 for 4 declared in the 2-day fixture.

NCU eyes have have in recent days also been on two 'old boys' Pieter Malan (North Down) and Rassie van der Dussen (CIYMS) who featured in the Test series.
Van der Dussen with 98 in the final Test showing that on the biggest stage he can reproduce the form that lit up the NCU.

Rassie will undoubtedly feature in SA's 1-day side and perhaps a couple of repeat performances from Snyman will see him elevated to the National side where there are a couple of places on the line.

The SA Invitational XI to take on England in their 2 warm-up games is:
