Brigade have confirmed the return of Ryan Hunter to the club after a spell with CIYMS in the NCU.

The 27 year-old left-hander was with the Belmont club for the past three seasons, and enjoyed plenty of success, particularly in the early stages scoring six 50's.

Hunter played for both Donemana and Brigade in the NW before his switch to the NCU, and despite interest from Newbuildings, where his brother plays has decided to return to Beechgrove.

He is a former U19 international, playing in the 2012 World Cup in Australia, and also scored 72 in an appearance for Ireland A against Sussex II.

He has played four times at interpro level, and hit 79 from just 51 balls against the Northern Knights in his last appearance to date in a T20 at Strabane in 2016.

His sure to come one again into Head Coach Ian McGregor's plans for the Warriors in 2020.
