Stephen Doheny is flying to Australia for the close season to join Randwick Petersham as the latest recruit on their Programme with Ireland.
The Rush top-order batsman is the latest recruit to join the Sydney-based 'Randy Petes', who have featured Irish stars since their hook-up with Ireland at the 2015 World Cup.
Harry Tector was based there last year, and others include Andy Balbirnie, Graeme McCarter, Peter Chase, and Jack Tector.
The 21 year-old has played interprovincial cricket with both Leinster Lightning and Munster Reds, while he also impressed at Irish Level with the Academy this season.
His stay in Sydney will undoubtedly benefit the highly rated youngster, and hopefully take his game to the next level.
