Even a super over couldn't separate the Coleraine and St Johnston U13 sides after a dramatic final at Ballyspallen.

Both sides scored 61 in the main game, which meant a super over would be required in a NW final for the first time in the region.

Even that dramatic attempt to get a definitive result didn't work as both sides scored six apiece.

It was decided then that the sides would share the trophy, although Coleraine will go on and represent the NW in the All-Ireland competition by virtue of them having lost one wicket less.

A great match played in front of a large crowd, and all credit to the parents, coaches and supporters of both teams.
