The North West Warriors have named a 13-man squad for this weekend's Interprovincial T20 festival which runs from Friday to Sunday at Bready CC.

There are three changes to the squad that is currently contesting the Chanmpionship game in Dublin- Stuart Thompson returning following a recent bereavement while Bready duo Davy Scanlon and Marcus Poskitt come in with Brendon Louw and Tommy Orr making way.

This weekend's Blitz is the start of another busy period for the Warriors but it should be an intriguing three days for local cricket supoorters.

The Northern Knights hold the upper hand in the race to win the trophy after they won all three of their games in the first half which was held earlier in the summer at Pembroke CC .

The other sides all lost games to the weather that weekend with the Warriors faring worst of all- two of their scheduled trio of matches falling to the elements.

Organisers will be hoping for better luck this time with plenty for eceryone across the three days.
