Ireland Under 19's beat Worcestershire for the second time in two days thanks to a century from Marcus Poskitt and fifties from Alex Stiles and Tim Tector.

Bready opener Poskitt hit 10 fours and 6 sixes in his 114 from 112 balls, sharing a stand of 159 for the second wicket with Railway Union's Alex Stiles.

Stiles stroked 12 fours and 2 sixes in a quickfire 80 from 66 balls, while YMCA batsman Tector also wasted no time as he raced to 77 from just 52 balls (9 fours, 2 sixes).

Gavin Hoey (28*) and James Hunter (17*) added late runs as the Irish finished on an imposing 374 for 8.

Worcester made a brave fist of the reply, without ever threatening the total - Jacques Benton hitting 70 in their 265 for 8.

Bready seamer Gregory McFaul (3-41) was the most successful bowler, while YMCA spinner Mitchell Thompson claimed 2 for 25, and there was a wicket apiece for JJ Garth, Jamie Forbes and Nathan McGuire.

The teams meet again on Thursday in the third and final 50-over match of the short tour.
