THE Ulster Bank Schools’ Cup has reached the quarter-finals with Limavady Grammar hosting 2015 and 2016 winners Belfast Royal Academy today (1pm).

Already into the semis are RBAI, still on course for a fourth consecutive final appearance, who completed what should have been — and was — the straightforward task of beating their 2nd XI.

Drawn together after the 2s beat Coleraine Grammar in the second round, the senior team won by 10 wickets as Ewen Scott took 5-7.

Wallace High, beaten finalists in 2017, will host Foyle College, who have not reached the decider since 2014, on Friday (1pm), while holders Methodist College will travel to Strabane College in the other quarter-final.
