Holders Waringstown are the first team through to Finals Day in the Lagan Valley Steels T20 Cup after beating Carrickfergus last night by seven wickets.
They also needed CIYMS to defeat Lisburn to confirm their top two slot in Group B but that was the first match to finish, thanks to Ireland Mark Adairís unbeaten 39 from just 13 balls.
After bowling out the visitors for 85, CI romped home in the ninth over by nine wickets with Adair, who couldnít bowl but had his first innings of the season for the league champions, hitting two fours and four sixes.
Greg Thompson, again, led Waringstown to their victory target of 111 with a unbeaten half century, from 37 balls.
In Group B, T20 international Shane Getkate continued his excellent form in the shortest format with 74 not out from 54 balls as Instonians timed their chase to perfection, with four balls to spare at Muckamore.
North Down will confirm their semi-final slot if they beat Civil Service North at Comber tonight after Instonians victory last night.
