It has been another fairly quiet winter at the Park with the only confirmed leaver being Rachit Gaur who has joined Brigade.

There is little doubt that the Red Caps punched above their weight in 2018 and whilst a repeat of that certainly can't be ruled out, this season's goals are likely to be a little more modest.
There is enough quality in that middle order to keep Strabane out of trouble, but that could also depend on the ability to consistently get out their strongest team.
