Eglinton is set to host Zimbabwe against Ireland Wolves later this summer as the African side prepare for their series against the senior Ireland side in July.

The Co Derry village side has been pencilled in for the game on Saturday June 29th.

Zimbabwe play three ODI's and three T20I's at Bready and Stormont, with the first ODI scheduled for County Tyrone on Monday July 1st.

Eglinton played host to the senior Zimbabwe side back in 2003, when Heath Streak took three early wickets to level the two game series.

Ireland Wolves are in action before then as they play Bangladesh at The Hills ahead of the tourists tri-series against Ireland and West Indies.

The game is part of The Hills Golden Jubilee celebrations, with the fixture scheduled for May 5th at Milverton.
