Aberdeenshire have confirmed details of their two overseas players for the forthcoming season.
South African seamer Solo Ngweni joins as overseas professional. He is also a useful middle-order batsman, who skippers the Eastern Province side in the three-day Provincial Cup.
He told the Aberdeenshire website.
"Iím definitely excited for the Scottish summer and season ahead as it will be my first time playing as a professional in the UK and Iím just really hungry to make an impact and lasting impression on the club.
"Iíve heard things about the club and the people of Aberdeenshire from my team mate Lesiba Ngoepe so already in my mind I know itís a great privilege to be able to play there this upcoming summer."
The club have also announced that Callum Mackaness is returning for a second season as their overseas amateur.
He scored 345 runs including a century, as well as taking 18 wickets with a best-bowling return of 5-28.
Speaking to the Aberdeenshire website he said:
"I'm excited to come back to the club and look forward to getting amongst the boys and back out on the pitch."
