Mark Jonkman has retired from domestic cricket in The Netherlands.
The 32 year-old paceman was a mainstay of HCC since making his debut as a 15 year-old.
He has taken 278 wickets in 241 matches for the club, scoring 1904 runs and taking 69 catches.
The club website cites the fact that with a young family, he is no longer able to commit 100% to training.
He played 32 times internationally, including the 2007 World Cup in the West Indies, opening the bowling against eventual winners Australia.
He was reported for a suspect action during the 2010 World Cricket League, and following an assessment in Perth which found his elbow extension to be more than twice the permitted threshold, he never played for The Netherlands again.
