Rush have pulled off a major coup with the capture of opening bowler Jarred Barnes from YMCA.
The 30 year-old South African was one of the leading performers in the Leinster league last year, taking 32 wickets to put him at fifth on the wickets charts.
It's another blow for YMCA, who lost Simi Singh to The Hills last month,
Barnes has played interprovincial cricket for the NW Warriors as well as turning out last season for both Leinster Lightning and Munster Reds.
It's a major statement of intent by Rush, who last week announced a new overseas professional.
"Rush CC are delighted to announce the signing of Jarred Barnes for the 2019 season," said the club on Twitter.
"Jarred will be joining our first XI as well as having a mentoring role for our young, up and coming fast bowlers."
