Rush have signed South African all-rounder Jurie Snyman for the 2019 season.
The 23 year-old is a powerful top order left-handed batsman, and right-arm off spinner.
He plays for Easterns, where he averages 47 in List-A cricket, and 27 in first-class competitions, with five centuries in both formats.
Snyman has experience in the UK, enjoying a successful debut season with Denby in the Derbyshire league scoring over 1000 runs.
He then spent three seasons in Scotland with Poloc, again scoring over 1000 runs in two seasons, as well as recording healthy wicket returns.
The club revealed the news on their Twitter account saying:
"Rush Cricket Club are delighted to announce we have secured the services of Jurie Snyman as the club overseas pro for the 2019 season.
"Jurie has recent overseas professional experience in Scotland and is currently playing at provincial level in South Africa.
"As well as being a key member on the field with out first XI, Jurie will lead our coaching structures with youth cricket, involving the Academy and under-age sides.
"We look forward to seeing him at Kenure in 2019, and know all our members will ensure he is given a warm welcome."
