THE first two quarter-finals in the Schools Cup will be played on Friday with holders RBAI hosting Coleraine Grammar at 3.30pm and last yearís beaten finalists Wallace High at home to Belfast Royal Academy, starting half an hour later.

The all-North West clash between Limavady Grammar and Foyle College takes place next Tuesday at 12.15pm while a date has yet to be confirmed for the remaining game between Methodist College and Strabane Academy, for whom Jordan McIntyre took a hat-trick in his six-wicket haul in their second round victory over Ballyclare High.

The RBAI bowling attack looks as strong as ever this year with the opposition dismissed for 43 for the second successive Cup tie, Wallace in last seasonís final and Bangor Grammar this year.

Top individual score so far this year is Max Burtonís 68 for BRA in their 96 runs victory over Down High.
